Overseas
We accept orders from most overseas addresses. Orders must be paid for by credit card. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Foreign order Internet prices will not take into account any VAT reductions you may be entitled to. These will be taken off by Fifth Column Limited and a copy of your ex VAT invoice will be dispatched to you on request

Custom fees
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

The following is a guide to our postage and packaging charges, and estimated delivery times. Please note: estimates are calculated from when your payment has cleared.

If a product is out of stock, we will advise as to when the item will be back in stock and send it out as soon as it is available again. If further delays are anticipated we will notify you by email and ask that you reconfirm whether you would still like to continue with your order.

Wholesale
We are happy to accept wholesale orders worldwide. The minimum order for Wholesale is 50 items and the delivery fees will be calculated depending on the amount of items ordered and the destination of the delivery.

Guarantee & returns policy
We hope your shopping experience at Fifthcolumnclassics.com is easy, quick and satisfying. However we appreciate that the nature of buying goods over the Internet means that sometimes goods have to be returned. Unwanted Items must be sent back to us in the original condition of purchase and we can easily arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that Fifth Column will only refund shipping costs if the item was faulty or incorrect.
We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is damaged or that has not been treated in accordance with the previously stated policies.

Returning goods
Please include your order summary/number and a note whether you like a refund or replacement together with the returned item. It is recommended returns are sent by recorded delivery. Please obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
Please allow 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
